Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Support

We have provided on-call IT support for a Chicago nonprofit organization with more than 100 employees.

After using Google Workspace for years, the organization decided to move its email system to Microsoft 365 while continuing to use Google Drive and other Google Workspace applications containing years of accumulated organizational data.

This required planning for an environment in which employees would use Microsoft 365 for email while retaining access to existing Google Workspace resources.

Because many employees were not highly technical, we also provided guidance to help users understand their responsibilities and how to work with the two platforms.

Business Network and Office Relocation

We provide IT support for a Chicago office of approximately 20 employees that manages security personnel throughout the Chicago area.

The company's operations depend on Internet-based applicant testing, background-check systems, human resources and payroll services, along with the computers and network infrastructure used by management.

When the organization moved offices, Tomorrow's Internet Solutions relocated its network and computer infrastructure.

We installed a new data rack and transferred the company's firewall, network switches and other network equipment to the new location. We also relocated the PCs and restored the network so the company could resume operations within the planned project schedule and budget.

Ongoing IT Support for a Housing Development

Tomorrow's Internet Solutions provided day-to-day IT support for a family-owned Chicago housing development consisting of approximately 1,000 townhomes.

We worked with the managing partner and an onsite director to maintain the organization's technology environment and address IT issues as they arose.

Our responsibilities included supporting the Internet connection, firewall, network switches and other network-connected equipment, as well as mobile phones used by the organization.

Security Camera and Network Infrastructure Project

Tomorrow's Internet Solutions was called to a Chicago housing complex after its previous service provider stopped maintaining the security-camera system.

Our assessment identified a failed network video recorder (NVR), aging low-resolution security cameras and an organization that needed guidance on how to proceed with the system.

We recommended replacing the failed NVR, replacing selected older cameras and installing new CAT6 network cabling where required.
